More than ever, water has become the challenge for our agriculture. With the climate change that our planet is experiencing, in particular the drought which is hitting the Mediterranean countries, it is our duty to pursue a water saving policy. This involves a rational irrigation, a choice of rootstocks that consume less water, as well as the use of new technology for better optimization of water consumption.
